At this point I think we should dedicate a category on the blog just for pumpkin, it’s kind of out of control! But that’s ok, I’m definitely in.

We had a great visit from Susan’s mom this weekend, who came up for Susan’s birthday. And when mom “O” comes up, she brings recipes (and sometimes her own toilet paper, we are not sure why). This time the recipe was for pumpkin cupcakes with cinnamon cream cheese icing. Perfect for a birthday weekend.

These spiky beauties pack a sweet little punch. The first bite yields an immediate pumpkin flavor and then a sweet cinnamon rush comes next, delicious! Definitely a new favorite in the cupcake category. Thanks mom “O”!
