I love the holidays because of giving homemade gifts and baking. I go a bit crazy with the cookie baking. So this year I have decided to host a cookie exchange. I would love to hear if anyone has been to one or hosted one?

I have a list of go-to holiday cookie recipes that I must make every year, or it just wouldn’t be the holidays. My favorite book is Martha Stewart’s Cookies and I also love her new Cookie iPad app. If you have an iPad, this is one of the best apps I have ever seen. It has a ‘cookie runway’!

I will be hosting the cookie exchange on the December 19th in New York City. I will have recipes and a packaging station set up for the guests! I have never hosted a cookie exchange before so this should be fun.
