On our recent trip to the Catskills, we saw a Yo Yo quilt at a church raffle. I have never seen a quilt like this and was instantly intrigued. This type of quilt was popular during the 30s and 40s. It might be a bit fancy for a bed used everyday, but would be perfect for a guest room or wall hanging. I am so happy to see craftsmanship like this today, a tradition I hope continues. Of course we purchased some raffle tickets, fingers crossed!
