One Room Challenge : Week 5
We shopped till we dropped this week! All the deliveries are coming and we need to add some vintage to fill out our space. We made some big decisions and picked out lighting that works for our room. I made a quick list of my favorite Hudson Valley antiquing – just in case you love the hunt for some old good things as much as we do.
Husdon, New York
You could spend several days visiting all the stores in this town historic town. Don’t forget to visit the warehouses just outside the main historic area. Plus there are good restaurants for when you need to replenish.
Saugerties, New York
More than a few large antique and home stores are in Saugerties. My favorites are the lighting shop and consignment shop (best I’ve ever been in).
Kingston, New York
Walk downtown Broadway for antiques and stylish shops. When your shopping is done, stop by Brunette for a glass of wine and snacks.
